We advise yacht brands, owners, shipyards and refit yards on sustainable interiors, engineering systems and crew operations that respect people and planet. We integrate into wider project teams playing a Sustainability Champion and/or Wellbeing Champion role.
Sustainable yacht operations
By collaborating with superyacht captains, owner representatives, crews and engineers on operations policies we can reduce plastic waste aboard, implement toxin-free interiors and plastic-free pantries, assist with making yacht carbon offsets, create eco-friendly cleaning protocols and source plastic-free gym equipment.
The next generation of green yachts
Various eco yacht certification systems are now active in the market, each playing an important role in raising sustainability standards with the sector, mostly focused on engineering systems. We believe greater consideration for healthy interior design, sustainable materials and eco onboard operations is needed here for a complete 360 perspective of a yacht's impact on people and planet.

Paolo Luca Bonaveri co-owner of 3DCOMM Sarl a boutique communications, marketing and event agency has dedicated his career as a TV journalist and car tester cultivating a strong personal love of the sea, and as a passionate Public Relations and Marketing consultant. In the last 10 years he has been dedicated to the creating and launching a new brand of luxury small yachts, Silver Arrows Marine where automotive and the sea have come together. Today, his extensive knowledge as consultant in marketing and PR are dedicated to luxury segment customers and not only, because he has furthered he’s seaworthiness by creating this new sub-brand called BioBlu dedicated to offering consultancy and assistance for the transition of yachts to becoming more sustainable.
Matt A. Morley
Co-Founder
Matt was Brand Director of Porto Montenegro superyacht marina village from 2010-2019.
He is the Founder of Biofilico, a sustainable interiors consultancy specializing in healthy, nature-inspired spaces. Matt is also the Founder of Biofit, an eco-friendly gym design business that works with real estate developers and hospitality brands.
He has his own podcast called 'Green & Healthy Places' and is a green building professional certified with BREEAM, the International Living Future Institute and FITWEL. An ultra-marathon runner, swimmer and natural fitness expert, Matt is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Andrea B.L. Venezian
Head of Engineering
Andrea's background in marine Engineering means yachts have played a central role in his life, from their design to engineering, production and construction right up to taking the helm himself.
As Head of Engineering at Silver Arrows Marine since 2011 he's been responsible for the construction and delivery of the prototype Arrow460-Granturismo.
Today he is an experienced Project Manager and product developer based in Monaco who works with shipyards, owners and industry suppliers. His passion for the sea as a sailor has led him to compete in numerous regattas around the Med.
